Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented andmotivated Staff Accountant to join our growing team. This role is responsible
for supporting daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and assisting withmonth-end
close processes. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and able tomanagemultiple priorities in a
collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and post journal entries
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Post daily banking transactions.
  • Completes balance sheet account reconciliations and bank account reconciliations by the established deadlines. Upload monthly credit card integrations.
  • Research and resolve reconciling items in a timelymanner.
  • Support and processmonth-end close activities.
  • Assist with weekly payment runs.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Collaboration & Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the accounting team.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects across various business units.
  • Performadditional duties and special projects as assigned tomeet department and organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in staff accounting or similar role.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains strongly preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities with the capacity tomanagemultiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
